Yesterday was my 29th Birthday. I can't believe I am 29, almost 30. It feels like just yesterday I turned 21, where have the years gone?
I had to work on Saturday like normal but since my in-laws were out of town my mom watched Jordan. After I got off work Jesse and I headed over to my mom's to pick up Jordan and to have a birthday dinner celebration with my mom's family. My grandparents, Dick and Peggy were there and my cousins Tyler and Kyle were there along with my mom, step-dad Dick, my brother Paul and his girl friend Brittney. I had such a good time visiting with everyone and just relaxing. My mom made a great dinner, we had BBQ'd steaks thanks to Jesse manning the BBQ, yummy red potatoes, bread, salad you name it. And to top it off my mom made me a chocolate fudge cake that she said Jordan helped her make and decorate. I love my family and am so happy to have them be apart of my life.

Here is the yummy cake my mom made.
My brother Paul and Jordan, she love him so much and anytime he leaves the room she asks "Where's Paul?, Where's he going?" It is too funny.

My precious family
On Sunday, my actual birthday we had a BBQ and invited a few close friends over. It was so much fun getting to visit and chat with all my girl friends. The kids got to run around the yard and play with Jordan's new Barbie Jeep. Jesse BBQ'd hamburgers and hot dogs, I made my special cheesy potatoes and margarita's. It was so much fun, I think I might have had a little too many margaritas, but it was my birthday so I guess it was okay :)

I had such a great time and I thank all my friends for coming and the ones who texted or called to wish me a "Happy Birthday" it really meant a lot to me.
I have one more year in my twenties, so I better enjoy it :)
