Enjoying the nice weather

Jordan and I definitely took advantage of the nice weather today. We took the dogs on a walk and played outside. Jordan loves taking the dogs for a walk because I give her a leash to hold. I know I have talked about it before but, I give her Brin's leash because she will just walk right next to us. Unlike Graham who runs in every direction and always gets tangled in the leash. When I was pregnant with Jordan I used to walk the dogs everyday. I would run with then or just walk leisurely and look at all the houses. My how things have changed in just two short years. Sometimes I feel so bad for the dogs not getting to play outside as one might think they should, since we have 1.5 acres. It's just that when I do let them out they run away. Our neighbors have dogs and our dogs always seem to run right over to their house. You are probably thinking that our dogs aren't that big that I should be able to catch them. Well they are super fast and if I start running towards them then they think it is a game and start running even faster. So now, unless it is a potty break, when they are outside I normally have them on their leash.

Jordan loves holding the leash and telling Brin where to walk and where not to walk. Brin started walking up some one's driveway and Jordan yelled "No house, Brinny". I think she was trying to tell her that that isn't our house.

On our walks Jordan is very particular on where we walk and which direction. She likes to walk on the grass, on rocks and over sewer grates. She always has to look in at the water and asks me whats down there.

I hope that we have many more sunny fall days where we can take walks together and play outside.
